There's a difference
FOHMICS is different than most companies in our space. Different because we
didn't buy into the hype. Different because we applied solid business practices
to a new business space. Different because we don't try to be all things to all
people; we know our strengths and focus on them. Different because we
understand the value of a diverse customer list, servicing both start-ups and
established businesses. Different because we've grown significantly every year
since we were founded Six (6) years ago.
The culture
We don't believe work should be your life. We believe it should enhance your
life. We work hard (doesn't everyone), and yes, we play hard (well maybe not
hard, but often). You are as apt to find us hanging out together on a Friday
night after work, as you are to find us crunching on a deadline at 5 o'clock in
the afternoon. We're a group of dedicated professionals who enjoy the odd game
of ping pong (bring your own paddle, if you dare) or shooting hoops in our loft
(high score is 55 hoops in 60 seconds). And if you are into Quake or
Counter-strike, you will love Friday at 4:00.
